I can't believe it's so close to Christmas already. Normally I'd be about done by now, but somehow Christmas has sort of snuck up on me this year. The holiday stess is really beginning to kick in and I'm frantically trying to think of gifts for friends and family. My little sister is always easiest as she's a typical girly girl, but Dad is just impossible to shop for.
Any tips? What have you all bought for you parents this year? And if there's something particular you'd like to get yourself, feel free to point me in the right direction. Meg, you're not allowed to answer, as your present is already wrapped up and ready to go. You'll just have to deal with whatever I got you! (Don't worry, you'll like it.)
So, what's everyone planning on doing during the break? I heard something about a party. Who's going? I'll have to see, myself. I'll be going home to my family for at least a week, but I might come back a bit earlier. A week with my family in the holiday season could be enough to make me want to kill myself. Mum will probably be running around the kitchen like always, preparing so much food we'll still be eating turkey by the time it's July.
